Count Negative Numbers

The array {-3, 5, -1, 8, -7, 2, 0} is given. Count how many elements are strictly negative and print the count (see Expected Output).

Note that 0 is not negative. The negative elements are -3, -1, and -7.

Expected Output:

= newline. No newline after the last line.
