Count Elements in a Range

The array {5, 12, 8, 20, 3, 15, 10} is given, along with bounds low = 8 and high = 15. Count how many elements fall within [low, high] inclusive and print the count (see Expected Output).

The matching elements are 12, 8, 15, and 10.

Expected Output:
