Function: Count Occurrences in Array

Write a function countOccurrences(int arr[], int n, int target) that returns how many times target appears among the first n elements. Use it on {1, 2, 2, 3, 2, 4} with target 2 and print the count (see Expected Output).

Print with %d.

Expected Output:

= newline. No newline after the last line.
