Positive, Negative, or Zero (Practice)

Read one integer and report its sign. If the number is greater than 0 print Positive, if it is less than 0 print Negative, and if it is exactly 0 print Zero. This needs a three-way decision, so use an if / else if / else chain. Print only the single word.

Expected Output:

Positive

= newline. No newline after the last line.
