Number Triangle

Read an integer n from standard input and print a number triangle: row i contains the digits 1 through i with no spaces. For example, if the input is 4, print the output shown in Expected Output.

Use a nested loop: the outer loop for the row, the inner loop for the columns.

Expected Output:

12↵
123↵
1234↵

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
