Circle Area

A base class Shape is provided with a pure virtual method getArea().

Create a class Circle that inherits from Shape and implements:
- A constructor Circle(double radius) that stores the radius
- getArea(): returns 3.14 * radius * radius

Do NOT write a main function.

Expected Output:

78.5↵

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
