Count How Many Times a Value Appears

An array called nums has already been created for you with the values {10, 20, 10, 30, 10}. A variable called target has been set to 10.

Your task is to count how many times the target value appears in the array and print the result.

Loop through the array and compare each element to the target. Every time you find a match, increment your counter.

In this array, 10 appears 3 times (at index 0, 2, and 4).

Print the result in the exact format shown in Expected Output.

Expected Output:

10 appears 3 times

= newline. No newline after the last line.
