Set and Get Balance

Create a class Wallet with one private double field named balance.

Requirements:
1. Default constructor sets balance to 0.0
2. setBalance(double) updates balance
3. getBalance() returns balance and must be const

Do NOT write a main function.

Expected Output:

25.75↵

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
