Counter Increment

Create a class Counter with a private int count.

Requirements:
1. Default constructor sets count to 0
2. increment(int value) adds value to count
3. getCount() returns count and must be const

Do NOT write a main function.

Expected Output:

5↵

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
