Dynamic 2D Array

Create a class Matrix with private int** data, int rows, and int cols.

Requirements:
1. Constructor allocates a rows x cols array and initializes values to 0
2. Destructor frees all memory
3. setValue(int r, int c, int value)
4. getValue(int r, int c) returns the value

Do NOT write a main function.

Expected Output:

5↵

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
