Vector2D Add and Subtract (operator+ and operator-)

You are doing basic physics with displacement vectors.

Create a class Vector2D with ints x and y.

Requirements:
1) Constructor Vector2D(int x, int y)
2) Getters getX() const, getY() const
3) Overload operator+ and operator- to return NEW vectors

Do NOT write a main function.

Expected Output:

6 2↵
-2 8↵

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
