Account Balance Add (operator+ for BankAccount)

You want to combine balances from two accounts into a new summary account.

Create a class BankAccount with:
- private string owner
- private int cents

Requirements:
1) Constructor BankAccount(string owner, int cents)
2) Getters getOwner() const, getCents() const
3) Overload operator+ to return a NEW BankAccount where:
   - owner becomes "owner1&owner2"
   - cents becomes cents1 + cents2

Do NOT write a main function.
