Constant and Function in a Namespace

Members of the same namespace can use each other directly. Define a namespace Geometry that contains:
1) A constant: const double PI = 3.14;
2) A function double circleArea(double r) that returns PI * r * r (it can use PI without any prefix).

Do NOT write a main function.

Expected Output:

12.56↵
3.14↵

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
