Field Width Padding

Create four integer variables with the values 5, 42, 156, and 1003. Use cout with setfill('0') and setw(4) to display each number on a separate line, formatted with zero padding to be exactly 4 digits wide (see Expected Output).

Use setfill('0') and setw(4) before each number. Numbers already 4 digits will not have additional padding.

Expected Output:

= newline. No newline after the last line.
