const_iterator Sum

Write a function int sumConst(const vector<int>& v) that adds up every element by looping with a const_iterator from v.cbegin() to v.cend() and returns the total. For an empty vector return 0.

The test prints the returned total on its own line.

Do NOT write a main function.

Expected Output:

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
