Event Log

Write a function void logEvent(const string& filename, const string& msg) that opens the log file in append mode and adds one line at the end without erasing the lines already there: LOG: followed by a space and msg, then a newline.

The test starts with an empty file, calls logEvent three times with "boot", "login" and "exit", then reopens the file and prints every line (see Expected Output).

Do NOT write a main function.

Expected Output:

LOG: boot
LOG: login
LOG: exit
LOG: start
LOG: stop

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
