Chainable Banner

Write a function ostream& banner(ostream& out, const string& title) that writes three equals signs, a space, the title, a space, and three equals signs (=== title ===) to out with NO newline, and returns out.

Output of banner(cout, "Menu") << "x"; (see Expected Output).

Do NOT write a main function.

Expected Output:

=== Menu ===x↵
=== A ===↵
=== B ===↵

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
