boolalpha Flags

Write a function void printFlags(ostream& out, bool a, bool b) that writes a= followed by the first flag, a space, b= followed by the second flag, and a newline — with the flags printed as the words true / false. Use the boolalpha manipulator on out.

Output of printFlags(cout, true, false) (see Expected Output).

Do NOT write a main function.

Expected Output:

a=true b=false
a=false b=false
a=true b=true

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
