Find Index in Vector

Write a template function findIndex(vector<T> items, T target) that returns the index of the first occurrence of target in items.

If target is not found, return -1.

Do NOT write a main function.

Expected Output:

-1↵

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
