Read-Only Computed Property

The Rectangle class stores private width and height fields set by the constructor. Add a read-only property Area (a get with no set) that returns width * height. Do NOT write a Main method.

For new Rectangle(3, 4) the program prints the output shown in Expected Output.

Expected Output:

12↵

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
