Parse Integer Safely

Read one line of input and parse it to an integer with int.Parse. If it succeeds, print Parsed: <n>. If the text is not a number, int.Parse throws a FormatException; catch it and print Error: not a number. Use top-level statements with try/catch.

Input 42 prints: Parsed: 42
Input abc prints: Error: not a number

Expected Output:

Parsed: 42

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
