Absolute Value Without Math.Abs

Read a whole number and print its absolute value (its distance from zero, always non-negative) using an if statement instead of the built-in Math.Abs. If the number is negative, print its negation; otherwise print it unchanged.

Expected Output:

7

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
