Read two integers x and y (each on its own line). Print the quadrant: 'Quadrant 1' (x>0,y>0), 'Quadrant 2' (x<0,y>0), 'Quadrant 3' (x<0,y<0), 'Quadrant 4' (x>0,y<0), or 'On an axis' if x or y is 0.
