Strategy Pattern With an Interface

The IOperation interface declares int Apply(int a, int b). Write two strategies, Add (returns a + b) and Multiply (returns a * b), plus an Engine class whose Run(op, a, b) method calls op.Apply(a, b) and returns the result. The tester runs each strategy through the engine. Do NOT write a Main method.

Running Add then Multiply on (6, 4) prints the output shown in Expected Output.
