Implement IDisposable to Release a Resource

Complete the Logger class so that it implements the IDisposable interface. Its Dispose method must print Logger closed (followed by a newline). Do NOT write a Main method.

The tester wraps the logger in a using block. When the block ends, Dispose runs automatically, so the program prints the output shown in Expected Output.

Expected Output:

Logging...↵
Logger closed↵

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
