Even Numbers to 20

Print all of the even numbers from 2 up to and including 20, each on its own line. You can do this by counting upward in steps of two, so the loop counter goes 2, 4, 6, and so on. The finished output should list 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20, one value per line.
