Is Even Method

Complete the static method IsEven so it returns true when its parameter is even, false otherwise. Do NOT write a Main method. (C# prints booleans as True/False.)

For IsEven(4) the program prints True.

Expected Output:

True↵

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
