Negate Method

Complete the static method Negate so it returns the parameter with its sign flipped: positive becomes negative and negative becomes positive. The tester calls it and prints the result. Do NOT write a Main method.

For Negate(5) the program prints exactly the output shown in Expected Output.

Expected Output:

-5↵

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
