Personal Greeting

Read a single line of input containing a person's name, then print a friendly greeting for them. If the input is the name Maya, your program should print exactly: Hello, Maya! Welcome. Use Console.ReadLine() to capture the whole line as a string, then combine it with the greeting text before printing.

Expected Output:

Hello, Maya! Welcome.

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
