Abstract Appliance with Power Tracking

An abstract class Appliance is provided with a boolean isOn field (starts false), turnOn(), turnOff(), and an abstract method int powerUsage().

Create a WashingMachine class that extends Appliance.

Requirements:
1. powerUsage() returns 500 when the machine is on, and 0 when off.
2. No constructor needed (default is fine).

Do NOT write a main method.

Expected Output:

0
500
0

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
