An int array is given (all values are between 0 and 9). Find the value that appears most often and print it. If there is a tie, print the smallest such value.
For the array {1, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 4} the value 3 appears most often, so the program prints the output shown in Expected Output.Expected Output:
3= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
