Seekable Interface

Define an interface called Seekable so that both Podcast and LiveStream can implement it. The interface must include two void methods:

- seekForward(int seconds)
- seekBackward(int seconds)

Do NOT write any classes or a main method. Only define the interface.

Expected Output:
