Podcast Implements Seekable

Create a class Podcast that implements the Seekable interface. Track an integer field time that starts at 0.

Requirements:
- seekForward adds seconds to time
- seekBackward subtracts seconds from time
- getTime returns the current time

Do NOT write a main method.

Expected Output:

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
