Count Matching Generic Values

Complete the generic method countMatches that takes an array and a target value, then returns how many times the target appears in the array.

Use .equals() for comparison — not ==.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT write a main method. A hidden test will call GenericCounter.countMatches with a String array and an Integer array and print the count of matches for each.

Expected Output:

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
