Question 3
Divide Double Input
Divide Double Input
Write a program that reads a double number, divides it by 3, and displays the result with 3 decimal places. Steps: 1. Importjava.util.Scannerat the top 2. Create a Scanner object: Scanner scanner = new Scanner(System.in); 3. Usescanner.nextDouble()to read the double 4. Divide it by 3 5. Use printf to display with 3 decimal places:System.out.printf("The result is: %.3f\n", result);⚠️ IMPORTANT - AUTO-INPUT MODE: This question uses automated input testing. When you run your code, the input stream will AUTOMATICALLY contain: '9.999\n' DO NOT wait for manual keyboard input - Scanner will read from the pre-filled buffer stream immediately. Your program should use Scanner methods likenextInt(),nextDouble(), ornextLine()to read these values directly. Think of it like Eclipse/VS Code but with the input already typed in and waiting for your Scanner to read it.
Expected Output:
The result is: 3.333= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
