Read Full Line with nextLine

Write a program that reads a full line of text (including spaces) from the user using Scanner and prints:

You said: [text]

Use scanner.nextLine() to read the entire line including spaces.

DO NOT wait for manual keyboard input - Scanner will read from the pre-filled buffer stream immediately. Your program should use scanner.nextLine() to read the text.

Think of it like Eclipse/VS Code but with the input already typed in and waiting for your Scanner to read it.

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
