Overtime Pay

Two variables are given: hours worked this week and rate in dollars per hour. The first 40 hours are paid at the normal rate, and every hour beyond 40 is paid at one and a half times the rate. Use an if / else to compute the pay into a variable called pay, then print Pay: <pay>.

Expected Output:
