Min and Max with Ternaries

Two numbers a and b are given. Use the ternary operator twice: once to store the smaller value in a constant called min and once to store the larger in a constant called max. Then print two lines, Min: <min> and Max: <max>. A ternary is an if / else squeezed into a single expression that yields a value.

Expected Output:

Min: 4
Max: 9

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
