Rectangle Perimeter

The Rectangle constructor stores width and height. Write the body of perimeter so it returns twice the sum of the two sides. Do NOT write a main block or any top-level test code; the tests construct the class. Input: two lines, the width then the height, which the tests read as floats and pass to the constructor before printing the perimeter your method returns.

Expected Output:

14.0

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
