Rectangle Report

Write the whole Rectangle class. The constructor stores width and height as floats; area() returns their product; perimeter() returns twice their sum; describe() prints one line in the form <width> x <height>: area <area>, perimeter <perimeter> by calling the other two methods inside the f-string. Do NOT write a main block or any top-level test code; the tests construct the class. Input: two lines, the width then the height, which the tests read as floats and pass to the constructor before calling describe.

Expected Output:

3.0 x 4.0: area 12.0, perimeter 14.0

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
