Student Report Card

Write the whole Student class. The constructor stores name and grades (a list of floats); average() returns sum(self.grades) / len(self.grades); highest() returns the largest grade with max; describe() prints one line in the form <name>: average <average>, best <highest> by calling the other two methods inside the f-string. Do NOT write a main block or any top-level test code; the tests construct the class. Input: two lines, a name and then grades separated by spaces, which the tests read (the grades as floats) and pass to the constructor before calling describe.

Expected Output:

Maya: average 85.0, best 92.0

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
