Most Frequent Value

Write most_frequent(values: list[int]) -> int that returns the value appearing most often; when several values tie, return the one that appears first in the list. Count with a dictionary counts in one loop, then in a second loop over the list (not over the dictionary, so that ties fall to the earliest value) keep the winner whose count is strictly the largest. The list always has at least one value. Do NOT write a main block or any top-level test code; the tests construct the calls. Input: one line of space-separated integers; the tests print the value your function returns.

Expected Output:

3

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
