A phone book dict maps names to numbers. Read one name from the input (one line, no prompt). Use in to check the key first: if the name is in the book, print its number; otherwise print exactly Not found. Input: one line. Output: one line either way.
Expected Output:
555-0199= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
