The dict provinces translates a two-letter code to a province name. Read one code from the input (one line, no prompt; it is always one of the keys) and print the matching name. Input: one line. Output: one line, the province name.
Expected Output:
Ontario= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
