The dict of dicts people holds an inner dict with an age for each person. Find the oldest with a loop and no max, remembering the largest age seen and the name it belongs to, and print <name> is the oldest at <age>. Input: none. Output: one line.

Expected Output:

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
