Add Two Numbers

Complete add(a: int, b: int) -> int so it returns the sum of its two parameters. The driver under the tests below comment reads two whole numbers and prints what the function returns; leave it as it is. Input: two lines, each an integer, no prompts. Output: the sum on one line.
