Question 326
Last Character Function
Last Character Function
Complete last_character(word: str) -> str so it returns the final character of the word using a negative index. Do NOT write a main block or any top-level test code; the tests construct the calls. Input: one line, a word, which the tests read and pass to your function before printing the character it returns.
Expected Output:
n= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
