Clamp To A Range

Write the body of clamp(value: int, low: int, high: int) -> int so it returns low when the value is below the lower bound, high when it is above the upper bound, and the value itself when it already sits inside the range, using an if / elif / else chain. Do NOT write a main block or any top-level test code; the tests construct the calls. Input: three lines, the value, then the low bound, then the high bound, which the tests read and pass to your function before printing the value it returns.

Expected Output:

5

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
