Empty Name Check
Read a name and greet the person in the form Hello, <name>, except when nothing was typed: an empty name prints No name given instead. Input: one line, the name, which may be empty, no prompt. Output: one line. Compare the string with the empty string '' to detect the missing name.
Expected Output:
No name given= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
