A Blank Line After

Print the declared heading, then one empty line, then the opening sentence, with exactly two print calls: the first sets end= to two newline characters so a blank line follows the heading, and the second prints the sentence normally. Input: none; the values are fixed in the code.

Expected Output:

Chapter One

It was a dark and stormy night.

= newline. The output ends with a newline — print one after the last line.
